Welcome to Tower FarmsWe are a family owned dairy located near Taunton, Somerset. We use our own milk and traditional methods to make award winning premium farmhouse cheddar cheese, butter and cream. Our website gives you more information about how we make the cheese, butter and cream. You can buy our products and a selection of other locally sourced goods on-line, at our farm shop or at events attended by us and The Victorian Kitchen.

Choose from our own range of handmade cheddar cheeses. We make all our cheddar by hand using locally sourced milk. It is matured in our store for between 4 and 24 months depending on the strength of flavour required. Our cheddar is made with vegetarian rennet, Quantock Maid - A mild cheddar, Olde Somerset - A medium cheddar, Jubilee Gold -A mature cheddar, Exmoor gold - An extra mature cheddar, Black Tower - A traditional rind-on cheddar, Oak Smoked- A smoked cheddar. Our finest cheddar cheese combined with premium local products to create the ideal gift: Snack Pack, Tower Trio, Cheddar ‘n’ Chutney, Somerset Selection, Cheese & Wine, Somerset Deluxe. Father's Day Special: Exmoor Gold (extra mature cheddar), Exmoor Blue (soft blue cheese), Exmoor Gold Ale. Our farmhouse butter is currently available and our award winning cream is coming soon. Our farm shop is located next to the dairy at Dean’s Cross, Lydeard St Lawrence, Taunton, Somerset TA4 3QN. It's here that Kay and her team cut and pack our own cheese and a range of carefully selected other local cheeses. We also sell our award winning butter and cream as well as stocking a selection of local biscuits, chutneys, jams, wine and beer. The shop is open at the following times: Monday 9.00 - 4.00 Tuesday 9.00 - 4.00 Wednesday 9.00 - 5.00 Thursday 9.00 - 4.00 Friday 9.00 - 4.00 Saturday 9.00 - 12.00 Sundays / Bank Holidays Closed Please come and visit us if you are in the area or order on-line and we can deliver to you.
