Temple Farm where native breeds are bred and reared Free Range the way Nature intended. We are a small family farm and sell through the farm shop and web-site only Free Range meat that has been reared here on our farm on the edge of the Somerset levels where animals are raised in a time honoured traditional manor grazing on the levels, in our orchards and on the environmentally sensitive wetlands.

Bacon, Free Range Pedigree Gloucester Old Spot Pigs Well what can we say there is not better reason to keep a Gloucester Old Spot than the outstanding flavour of the meat slowly grown with the right amount of fat and delicious crackling. Our pigs are strong and hardy hardy not having been pushed with feed and given time to grow. They are prolific with quiet natures and make excellent mothers.

Services Offered:

Temple Farm Shop is open on a Friday and Saturday and other days on an ad hoc basis - just pop in and if we're here we're open. If you're making a special journey to us please ring first and we will arrange to be here. The shop sells a much larger range of produce from our farm that is not available at present via mail order. Smaller quantities of meat are available for collection and of course our special homemade sausages and bacon.
