Our silk fudge is made with double cream to enhance both flavour and texture. Available in the following flavours: Traditional, Vanilla, Chocolate, Chocolate and orange, Chocolate and Mint, Chocolate and raisin, Raisin, Rum and Raisin, Treacle and Coffee Indulgence - There are few things in this world that are as good as they claim to be. This is one that is as good, if not better. Welcome to confectionery heaven. This is made entirely with clotted cream for a unique flavour and cooled rapidly in stone tablets to retain it's sublime texture.
